Reels were introduced and created by Instagram, it is a new way to create and discover short videos directly on their platform. Videos can now be as long as 90 seconds and they give users the ability to share these videos on their own feed as well as hit a larger community on Instagram through the new explore page.

At TinyBull we now offer the ability to post reels for you! Reels are a great way to reach people organically, helping increase your overall number of likes, engagement and even following. If you provide us video assets, we will log into Instagram directly to post.

A story is considered a second feed! At TinyBull, we now offer the ability to post stories. We will take an approved post by you and post it to both your normal feed as well as your story to help drive traffic to your content.

We offer support to our clients via phone, email and Slack. For example, you my have an image from an event you want to email over. You can email it directly to your social media manager or upload it in Slack. On average, our email response time is less than 1 business day and 2 hours via Slack.
