How to Request Deletion

Send a Deletion Request Email

Email support@tinybull.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Use the email address associated with your TinyBull account so we can locate your data accurately.

Include Your Account Email

In the body of your email, include the email address associated with your TinyBull account. This helps us locate your account and all associated data across our systems.

We Confirm Receipt

We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days. If you don't hear from us within that time, please check your spam folder or resend your request.

Data Fully Deleted Within 30 Days

Your account and all associated data — including any data obtained from Meta platforms — will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your confirmed request.

Meta Ads performance data
Instagram account data
Lead form submissions from Meta
Tally reporting data and dashboards
Stampede scheduled content and history
All support communications on file

Prefer a Partial Disconnection?

You can disconnect specific Meta assets — Pages, Ad Accounts, or Instagram accounts — from your TinyBull account settings without deleting your full account. Data from disconnected assets is removed within 30 days of disconnection. This option lets you continue using TinyBull for other connected accounts while removing specific data.
