No. The email platform is included in your plan — we manage everything through our agency partnership with Klaviyo, the industry-leading email and SMS platform for growing brands. No separate ESP subscription, no platform fees, no extra account to set up. If you're already on Klaviyo, we can migrate your existing setup during onboarding. If you're on another ESP (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.), we'll migrate your list and historical performance data as part of getting started.
One campaign = one fully designed, written, and scheduled email sent to your list (or a segment of it). It includes the copy, design, subject-line testing, send-time optimization, and post-send reporting. Automated welcome sequences and behavioral flows are separate from the monthly campaign count.
No setup fee on any plan, ever. Your first month covers onboarding, Klaviyo setup, brand setup, and your first campaign. We don't charge for getting started.
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time — we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades go into effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Our goal is keeping you on the plan that actually fits your business right now, not locking you into something that doesn't.
Within one business day you'll get a welcome email and onboarding questionnaire — that's where you'll share your brand voice, audience details, and existing list info. We schedule a kickoff call, set up Klaviyo, and have your first campaign drafted within 7–10 business days.
If you're not happy with our service within the first 30 days of your plan starting, just let us know in writing at support@tinybull.com. We'll refund your first month's payment in full and cancel your plan — no penalty, no hassle. The guarantee covers your first month's payment only; it doesn't extend to subsequent months.
