TinyBull LLC ("TinyBull," "we," "us," or "our") operates the TinyBull marketing platform, including the Tally reporting product (tally.tinybull.com) and the Stampede content scheduling product (stampede.tinybull.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use our services.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use TinyBull:

  • Account information: When you create a TinyBull account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and authentication credentials — or, if you log in via Facebook, your Facebook profile information.
  • Meta Platform Data: See Section 2 below for a full description of the Meta Platform Data we collect and how we handle it.
  • Usage data: We collect information about how you use TinyBull, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps of activity, to improve the product and troubleshoot issues.
  • Communications: When you contact us by email or through our support channels, we retain those communications for record-keeping and to provide ongoing support.

Meta Platform Data

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram accounts to TinyBull, we access and process data from Meta's platforms in order to provide our scheduling and reporting services. This includes:

  • Page and account information necessary to identify and manage your connected accounts
  • Post performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions) used to populate your Tally reporting dashboards
  • Content and scheduling data used to publish and manage posts through Stampede

We use Meta Platform Data only to provide the services you've requested. We do not use it for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it beyond what is necessary to operate TinyBull. Meta Platform Data is subject to Meta's own terms and policies in addition to this Privacy Policy.

If you disconnect your Meta accounts from TinyBull, we will stop accessing new Meta Platform Data. Existing data already collected may be retained for the period described in Section 5 (Data Retention).

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve TinyBull's services
  • Display reporting dashboards and enable content scheduling
  • Send transactional emails (login confirmations, scheduled post status, weekly report digests)
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information or Meta Platform Data. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: With trusted third-party services that help us operate TinyBull (hosting, email delivery, analytics), under contractual obligations to protect your data.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or court order, after reviewing the request for legal validity.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer to the successor entity, with notice to you.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access the personal information we hold about you

Correct inaccurate information we hold

Delete your information from our systems

Object to or restrict certain processing

Portability — receive a copy of your data in a portable format

Government & Law Enforcement Requests

TinyBull reviews any government or law enforcement request for user data for legal validity before responding. We disclose only the minimum data legally required and document all such requests and responses. Where legally permitted, we will notify affected users of any such request.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

TinyBull is not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at brett@tinybull.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
