#KindnessOffCamera: How Tiny Bull is kicking off World Kindness Day
Every year on November 13th, we celebrate World Kindness Day. This is a global day in which we promote kindness in every way, shape, and form. However, kindness isn’t just something that should be celebrated and recognized on one day, but every single day of the year.
This year, we wanted to expand on the idea of “being kind.” Now, anyone can go out into a community and be recognized for their kind actions, but that’s not what true, authentic kindness is about. Kindness and love can be the smallest gesture towards someone. Or simply volunteering to help someone in need.
This year at Tiny Bull, we are kicking off World Kindness Day with a new initiative: #KindnessOffCamera. These are moments that not everyone sees but are done as a random act of kindness for someone else. One way that we like to demonstrate this is through our Appreciation Boxes around the office. This gives us the chance to encourage our coworkers and show them how much we appreciate them by sending notes, either signed or anonymously, or fun little drawings or treats!
What are some ways that you can show kindness to someone? What are some ways that you’ve been shown kindness by someone else? Share your story with us by using the hashtag #KindnessOffCamera so that we can see it and maybe brighten someone else’s day by sharing it!
